Delivery and returns


UK STANDARD (2-4 working days): £4.95 (free when you spend over £70) 

UK TRACKED EXPRESS (24-48 hours): £10.00 (order must be placed by 2pm and is only valid Monday-Thursday) 

EUROPEAN DELIVERY (3-5 working days): £9.95

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (5-15 working days): £20

USA TRACKED DELIVERY (4-8 working days): £20 

Please note: we cannot be held responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs for international deliveries. 

 

International orders  

If products are being ordered from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your products reach their destination. We are not responsible for such charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the buyer of the products, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the products are being imported. Please be aware that products may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your products will be free of signs of tampering. Please also be aware that United Kingdom consumer protection laws may not apply.

Can I get a tracking number? 

If you have picked tracked delivery - Upon dispatch of your order, a tracking number email/sms notification will be sent to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at anytime via our shipping partners portal. Please note, orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays).

What should I do if my order has not arrived? 

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 6 working days of the date on which you ordered, or outside the UK and have not received your order within 20 days of the date on which you ordered then please drop us an email on bodélondon@outlook.com

We cannot be held responsible if the address you have given is incorrect. It is the responsibility of the customer to give a complete and accurate address to ensure correct delivery of the parcel is made.

If your order has been delivered with photographic evidence on the tracking and you're unable to locate your order, we cannot be responsible for stolen parcels. Please contact Royal Mail with enquiries to missing orders.

Returning item

We want to ensure all customers are 100% satisfied with Bodé londons products but if you would like to return an item you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date.

**Only products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.  

You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives damaged or faulty in which case we will require photographic evidence. 

Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged/faulty. If you spent over £70 and qualified for free UK delivery, we will deduct £4.95 when the whole order is returned. This is to cover our initial delivery fee and the processing of the return. 

If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return.
